Delivery Method Details

 

Shop Collection - Free collection from shop (Please phone for details and                                            processing time).

UK Economy - Free 

Free delivery to UK addresses is available on all products. When free delivery is selected, your order will be sent using a non-tracked, non-insured method. In the event that an item sent by free delivery is delayed or lost, we will need to wait the full timeframe stipulated by the carrier before we can deal with the issue.

For Royal Mail items sent to the UK - this is 15 working days (3 weeks) from the date the item was sent.

If you would like your order to be sent by a tracked method or is urgent, we recommend selecting tracked delivery.

 

UK Signed For (Standard) - £4.50

Delivery estimate of 1-3 working days. This method will be sent via Royal Mail signed for. This only confirms receipt of the goods and does not have full tracking information.

 

UK Express  (Tracked & Signed)- £7.50

Delivery estimate of 1-2 working days. This method will be sent via courier on a next day delivery with full tracking details and signature on receipt of goods. Please note our next day delivery is guaranteed, however sometimes it is out with our control and if it is not delivered on time we will only refund the postage costs.

 

 

These delivery methods are only estimates and do not include processing times for engraving. Please allow up to 3 days for items to be engraved before dispatch, especially at busier times of the year (e.g. trophy season, April - June and Festive period). Selecting the Signed For and Express options will put your order at the top of our list of orders ahead of the Free delivery orders. If you require anything urgently please call to confirm details and processing times etc.
