I was super happy when my father in law received his engraved tankard, as was he. The quality of the product is first class. Not only that, but the communication from Ian at the company was brilliant too. As soon as I placed my order, I had received a ‘thank you’ email, which was a nice touch but also reassuring as a customer. The product was sent out the next day without any hesitation.
